PITTSBURGH  (April 22, 2008) -- Robert O. Agbede, president and CEO of Chester Engineers, is pleased to announce the addition of Robert Kulick as Vice President, Business Development.  He will be responsible for growing the company’s business opportunities through marketing its capabilities both nationally and internationally.

For the past 12 years, Mr. Kulick has brought his marketing and operations experience to the environmental, construction, consulting, remediation and engineering services sector.  He worked as an executive in sales, marketing and operations for WRS Infrastructure, SMC Corp. and Tetra Tech, EMI and MWH, respectively.

Through much of his career, Mr. Kulick has successfully grown business units, opened new offices, built high performing teams and reorganized ineffective business operations.

He is a graduate of LaSalle University and Concordia College and University.

Mr. Agbede welcomes Mr. Kulick to the Chester Engineers family, confident his talents will enhance the company’s tradition of engineering excellence.
