The Chester Quality Assurance (QA) Program is fully endorsed by company management and ensures that customers receive quality, reliability and integrity in the services Chester provides to them, and that customers’ needs and requirements are met. The system calls for strict adherence to specifications, as well as regulatory and quality requirements. Service quality is maintained through systems of standardization and process control and covers all aspects of customer transactions.
Chester’s QA Program is not a stand-alone system, but is fully integrated within Chester’s Operating Management System, which encompasses the policies, requirements and work processes regarding the Environment, Health & Safety, Vision and Values, Human Resources and Operational Business Units. This approach of an integrated system ensures implementation of a management system that promotes business excellence through leveraging of best practices.
