Our experience in Highway Design includes two-lane to multi-lane roadways, service roads, on and off ramps, and pavement design. We also perform air quality analysis, wetland mitigation, environmental permitting and utility coordination. Our highway design solutions range from conceptual to final design/build scenarios.
Our bridge design experience includes simple span to continuous span bridges. Chester Engineers can perform all aspects of bridge rehabilitation, member strengthening, retrofitting of fatigue prone details, seismic retrofitting, and drainage. We also have the capability to perform bridge inspection services for most types of bridge structures, including river-crossing bridges.
Chester provides construction management and inspection experience for both public and private clients. Many of our personnel are certified Construction Management Professionals and/or NICET-certified technicians. Our talented team of professionals has considerable knowledge and experience of construction processes, material and workmanship, cost estimating, CPM scheduling, claims abatement, and construction safety standards and practices.
