Careers REGIONAL OFFICEPROJECT SAFETY MANAGER
Position RequirementsMajor Responsibilities/Accountabilities: The Project Safety Manager will be responsible for accident prevention during construction. The PSM will travel to Metro Atlanta project construction sites, participate in project meetings and issue position specific reports. The successful candidate will provide safety oversight for our construction projects. Ensuring onsite safety and health compliance. Conducting safety inspections, implementing safety training programs for the engineering team, conducting accident investigations, investigate and manage claims, evaluate and inspect subcontractors to ensure compliance with the federal, state and local regulations. Develop and implement safety programs designed to proactively promote safety awareness and program compliance. Investigate and resolve complaints, reports of injuries, problems and questions regarding safety and health concerns from employees, contractors, customers or governmental agencies. Minimum Required Experience: Special Qualifications/Specific Skills: Candidate must have good oral and written communication skills to document completed work tasks, give project status reports, and prepare final analysis reports for clients. Candidate must be a motivated self-starter, able to work in a team environment with other engineers and technicians.
