Dr. Uzair Shamsi (a.k.a. Sam), the director of the Division, was recently recognized for his new book, GIS Tools for Water, Wastewater, and Stormwater Systems, which achieved the best-selling status in the category of GIS Technology according to the American Society of Civil Engineer's (ASCE) rankings.
