Chester Engineers provided the Allegheny County Sanitary Authority (ALCOSAN) construction inspection services during work to remedy deficiencies in their containment structures associated with both chemical and fuel oil above-ground storage tanks.
Scope of Work
The Scope of Work for this project included Project Management and Contractor Oversight. During construction, Chester Engineers provided daily resident inspection work logs of construction activities to assure compliance with the contract documents.
Chester Engineers also attended weekly progress meetings and provided written progress reports. Chester Engineers reviewed and approved contractor submittals, change orders, and applications for payment.
