Office Building No. 1

• Coordinate services with Architect-of-Record
• Establish project site boundaries and locate rights-of-way, parking areas and building setbacks
• Coordinate site-use approvals with various City of Pittsburgh and other governmental agencies and coordinate necessary traffic studies
• Establish survey and grade for streets and project site
• Coordinate locations for public and private utilities
• Provide grading plans, erosion and sedimentation control plans
• Coordinate design of street-lighting and landscaping
• Design storm water, waterlines, and sanitary sewer systems
• Prepare contract bid documents, specifications, and construction cost estimates
