GIS-based Manhole Inspection Tool - Allows you to conduct your infrastructure inspections using mobile GIS. Runs from inside ESRI's mobile GIS ArcPad® software installed on a field computer or PDA. Installed as a new toolbar in ArcPad. Verify and update feature location and attribute data. Add new features in the field. Move existing features to their correct location in the field. Delete non-existing features in the field. Works on PDAs, tablet PCs, or laptops. Attach an optional GPS to navigate to infrastructure assets selected on the map.
